UPS Prepaid & Add is our main shipping method. FOB Point: Colorado Springs, CO. However, Federal Express or DHL is available with your collect account number.

Return Policy
All returns require a RMA number. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number.

Product Warranties
Unless otherwise stated, all Virtual Industries products are warranted for a period of 90 days after receipt of product.
